Comal River Condos are a prime location to the Comal River and to Schlitterbahn Waterpark.  You can sit on your back porch and enjoy a cup a coffee in the morning while watching the tubers float by on the river. The living room is spacious for families to hang out, play games, or sit around and talk. These Condos are a short distance from Downtown New Braunfels where there are many shops, live music and excellent restaurants to dine out. It is a fun place to come and enjoy BBQ’s, swimming, floating the river, and even going to Schlitterbahn.  Come join us for a fun time in the sun. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6

6 wristbands and 2 parking passes will be provided
THE WRISTBANDS ARE FOR ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY AND PROPERTY AMENITIES ONLY, AND MUST BE WORN BY ALL OCCUPANTS. THEY ARE NOT FOR OTHER ACTIVITIES SUCH AS ADMITTANCE TO SCHLITTERBAHN OR FOR TUBE RENTALS!

  • All Condos will be supplied with bath linens
  • All kitchens are equipped with basic cookware, silverware, pots, pans, drinking & coffee cups. All Condos are individually owned. Some kitchens may have more or less items then others, such as Keurigs, blenders, additional cookware, etc.
  • We supply 1 laundry pod and 1 dishwasher pod per stay.
  • There will be 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 
  • Extra linens for sleeper sofa are located in hall closet.
  • Wifi connection is available in all condos, each may not have their own private secure network.

This condo was exactly as described. The location was perfect. It was one of the only condos on the grounds with a private balcony and was right on the river. We had 180 degree view of the river from this condo. We went for our annual girls trip and were so pleased we are thinking of coming back to this exact location. There were 5 of us girls and we had plenty of space to get ready for a night out on the town and plenty of room to sleep. We could walk to the tube rental place and get right in. Amazing experience! We will be back!

OCCUPANCY

•No more than six (6) occupants to occupy a condominium.
•RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE GUESTS AT THE RIVERSIDE.
•Renters must wear wrist bands at all times when on riverside. No exceptions.


EXCESSIVE NOISE, DISTURBANCE, Etc.

•Occupants shall at all times exercise extreme care to avoid making or permitting to be made loud or objectionable noises, and in using or playing or permitting to be used or played musical instruments, radios, phonographs, television sets, amplifiers and other instruments or devices in such manner as may disturb others at the riverside or occupants of condominiums.

•No unit shall be used or occupied in such manner as to obstruct or interfere with the enjoyment of occupants or other residents of adjoining units.

•No other nuisance, vulgarity, either visual, audible or gesture or attire, or immoral or illegal activity be committed or permitted to occur in or on any unit or upon any part of the common elements including the riverside of Comal River Condominium Association.

•Quiet time after 11:00 pm; obviously, you can be on the riverside patios, but be quiet, other guests may be sleeping.

•Please do not congregate or talk on the sidewalks between the buildings after 11:00 pm.

•Security personnel are employed by the Association; they are to be obeyed.

•If there are behavioral problems or excessive noise after 12:00 midnight which interfere with your enjoyment of the property, call the New Braunfels Police.


RIVERSIDE

•The rules for excessive noise / disturbance apply on the riverside at all times.

•Only owners, owner’s families, owner’s guests and renters are allowed at the riverside.

•We have more occupants than barbeque / broilers and picnic tables. Be considerate of others. Barbeque pits and picnic tables CANNOT be reserved for the use of any one party.

•OUTDOOR COOKING ONLY IN PROVIDED INSTALLED RIVERSIDE BBQ’s.

•No tents or horseshoe games allowed.

•All trash is to be disposed of in the trash cans; place BBQ ashes in the metal cans provided.


PETS


•RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A PET OR PETS ON THE PREMISES.


PARKING

•RENTERS have two (2) parking tags, which must be displayed in their vehicles at
all times.

•Only ONE COVERED SPACE is provided for each condominium; the second space is uncovered parking which includes the parking spaces off Gilbert Avenue facing the condominiums.

•Renters CANNOT PARK Mobile Homes, RV’s, boat trailers or other trailers on our parking lot or in any one of our parking spaces. These units must be parked legally on the adjacent roadways.
