Some of the place was a little outdated but clean and instructions left. They left glasses for the solar eclipse which was awesome! Personal card from the property manager and definitely enough space for the three of us! We did need the code for the pool to get in but the response was very quick. We will definitely come back to stay next time we visit Texas!

Well it was easy to find and to get in with the codes. The place was immaculate and very well stocked with all the household things you would need for a stay. They even had dove shampoo, conditioner and soap. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub and while there isn't a great river access spot, you are in a prime area to get to all the river spots you want or schillterbaun is right outside this place if that's in your plans. It smelled very clean too and the ac worked great. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great.
