Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes

Are there phones in the vacation rentals?
Many owners provide phones for local access only. However it is not required for the vacation rental to provide a phone for guest use. We do recommend that you bring a cell phone when you come.      

When is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.  Early check-in may be available, but can not be confirmed until the day of. Please call our office & get authorization from a manager before you attempt to check in early.

Is smoking allowed?

NO. All units are non smoking. Any smoking found inside will result in an immediate $500 fine.

Are pets allowed?

The majority of our rentals are no pets allowed. However we do have a few that will allow pets with a pet fee. All pets must be authorized prior to arrival. Any unauthorized pet will result in a fine of $200.

How do we rent river toobs & rafts?

River gear & toobs are not provided by the vacation properties. Guests can rent them separately from one of the many local companies. A list of some available companies is on our website under the Events & Attractions tab.

Do we get a mailbox key for our condo?

Only monthly rentals will receive a mailbox key upon request, they are not issued automatically. Please come by the office to pick the key up.

What payment methods do you accept?

New Braunfels Leasing accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash can not be taken for any reservation.

Where are your properties located?

Most of the condos & vacation homes are located directly on the Comal or Guadalupe rivers. We can help you with exact locations or driving directions... just ask!
